Quick Start

Create an account, generate an API key, and make your first request in a few minutes.

1. Create your account

Open api.velarelay.com/register and create an account.

Create a token and copy the key. Treat it like a password.

4. Available models

Model	Use case
`deepseek-chat`	General-purpose chat and assistant tasks
`deepseek-reasoner`	Reasoning-heavy tasks

5. Add credits

Buy prepaid credits from the pricing section with PayPal. After payment, redeem the code in your console; usage is metered by tokens.

Tip: Use your own API key for each project. If a key is shared, both projects are exposed to the same usage and limits.

6. Common errors

Invalid token — check the key and that it has not expired or been disabled.
Model not found — use one of the models listed above.
Insufficient quota — add credits and redeem a new code.
Network errors — confirm your client can reach api.velarelay.com over HTTPS.
