Prepaid credits

Credits are added immediately after a confirmed payment. Unused credits may be refunded on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are usually processed to the original payment method.

When refunds may be offered

The service failed to deliver the purchased credits.
The customer did not use the credits and requested a refund within 7 days.
We determine a refund is appropriate for a billing error.

How to request

Email support@velarelay.com with your PayPal transaction ID and the email used at checkout.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
